Arcmailer Launches Managed Email Infrastructure Service for Product and Ops Teams

A small operating team takes ownership of transactional, lifecycle, and deliverability work so that engineering teams can stop running an internal email plumbing department.

May 5, 2026. Arcmailer today announced the public launch of its managed email infrastructure service at arcmailer.com. The service is built for product and operations teams whose engineers have been spending more time than they admit on SPF records, DKIM keys, suppression lists, and the rest of the unglamorous work that keeps production email reaching the inbox.

The Arcmailer team takes operational ownership of the full email surface. That includes domain authentication, sender reputation across major receivers, bounce and complaint handling, suppression hygiene, webhook reliability, template versioning, and the per-stream isolation between transactional, lifecycle, and marketing traffic that most in-house programs eventually wish they had built earlier.

"The teams we work with are not bad at email," an Arcmailer representative said. "They are good engineering teams whose roadmap pressure does not leave time to maintain a stack that quietly compounds risk every quarter. Pulling email out of their backlog returns engineering capacity they did not realize they were spending."

The service is offered as a continuing engagement rather than a one-off project. Each engagement begins with an audit of the existing sending posture, includes a planned migration with warm-up and rollback, and continues through ongoing operations with a real on-call. Pricing and engagement details are discussed with each prospective client during an initial scoping conversation rather than published as a generic tier.

Arcmailer is accepting new engagements effective immediately.
